Ever felt tired of trying?

These thoughts are not new to you. Everybody goes through phases in life when they just cannot push through anymore. You feel like losing. You feel like giving up. You feel like you are not enough. However tough situations life throws at you, it is important to remember that these are just temporary phases that do not last forever. So, do not lose hope.
Hope is a very powerful tool that gives us purpose and determination to overcome adversities, find new opportunities, and achieve our goals. It gives us a sense of purpose and direction. And this purpose helps us drive past adversities. Being hopeful is to open yourself to a world of possibilities and opportunities that you may have otherwise missed.
The universe runs on a cyclical pattern and this concerns every human being. So remember, if you are having a bad day that is because there is something really good in store for you.
A benefit of hope is that it can help you cope with stress and anxiety. When we are going through a challenging situation, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. However, if we hold on to hope, we can find a sense of calm and reassurance, knowing that things can get better. This can help us manage our emotions and maintain a positive outlook, even during difficult times.

The popular Persian adage speaks about the temporary nature of all things. Be it good or be it bad. Everything that you now feel, will one day not be there. Situations will change, you will evolve, and your life will be different than it was before. Whatever be the case, nothing is ever permanent. So, do not worry and just keep pushing no matter how hard life tests you because that is exactly what this is - a test. And know that as you come out of this victorious, the next time something similar happens, you would have the upper hand.
So, if you are feeling low and want to take a break then take the break. Go outside for a walk. Talk to your friends and family. Play games. Watch movies. Listen to music. Know that you are not alone. Know that there are others like you. Know that tough times do not last long. Do not lose hope. And always remember – this too shall pass.
