FOCUS BRINGS BIG RESULTS

We all have different goals in life, we want to achieve many things in life whether it is social status, luxuries, healthy lifestyles, well mason and whatnot!? But all the good things come in life with hard work or more like from smart work; but only doing smart work or hard work won’t change anything, the need is to focus on the work whichever you are doing.


Focus is something that you do the work for the desired result but in that way that nothing can distract you from your path of doing whatever work you are doing.


Enjoying the work brings focus, and being persistent in your work is just like a ‘Cherry on top of the cake!!’. You can be persistent in your work by having great focus and if you enjoy that work then it is good enough.


Now, we get to know the importance of having a focus, and this focus is not only in your work but in everything; whether it is your relationships, career, or health. By having a focus on every aspect of your life; your life becomes a beautiful journey and it no longer seems like a burden.


Most of us do our smallest or smallest things like a burden, if we change our perspective of looking at things, everything can change in favor of us, that is how we want our life to be in a certain way.


Now, let’s talk about how we can enhance our ability to focus and not get distracted by our thoughts. Here are four beautiful ways that you can implement in your life;


  1. Meditate: This is one of the easiest and less time-consuming activities, that you can do every day, there is the simplest way of meditating all you have to do is to sit on a mat or a comfortable chair, close your eyes, take a deep breath; as you inhale feel like you are consuming all the good vibes from the surroundings and as you exhale throw out every negative emotion you are caring with you like; jealousy, hatred, anger, grudges you are holding, and then relax, focus on breathing, observe it for at least 10 minutes, you will find out soon that the lightness inside you, and you have more clarity in the mind; hence your focus increases.

  2. Spend time with nature: Spend your time with nature, it’s your choice whether to spend your time in the parks or go for a walk, just spend your time in the open space under the sky, when you observe your surroundings, it improves the quality of your thinking as well as your focus improves.

  3. Read a good book: When you read all your attention comes at one point, and the distractions no longer bother you anymore. You can read any book that fascinates you, any genre that motivates you, or from which you can learn any good lesson. This will help you in two ways; you can learn something new and your focus improves.

  4. Write: Last but not the least, When we write or do journaling our whole focus remains on what we are writing, and what are our thoughts, this will bring solutions to our problems automatically and enhance our focus.

Focus on anything brings big results, by implementing these techniques, we can easily see we focus on every aspect of life. After all, it’s said that “Consistency is the key to success.” So be consistent with these techniques to build more focus in yourself.


Focus can also be linked with consciousness. Our great spiritual teacher Buddha has also taught the importance of being conscious. It improves the quality of life, and life becomes a bliss.
