The vicious circle of poverty! -Gautam Joshi

Please give me 10 rupees,

A poor boy lamented while Shree and her friend were having coffee.

No, have this packet of chips, Shree insisted.

I want 10 rupees, the young lad demanded, and they were shocked to see him insist so strongly.

To their surprise, he didn't want food yet pestered them for the money, with which he would buy the same thing.

What shattered them was the fact that the shopkeeper nearly told them about the racket this boy is a part of.

Only money is what drives them, he said and they are tied to this vicious circle by lineage.

Now that's what the point of pondering for them and us is:

Never give these kids money, it drives their interests and rather feeds them. Whenever you see these people, school them for a better future and why education is a must!

You could rather partner with an NGO and school these children because education is what is the dawn of betterment and development.
